Ability levels are displayed in green, bottom-right of their respective icons. Lclick on an ability to increase its level by 1 point. You can invest a total of 123 points, which lets you max a single tree, just like in the regular game, You can switch the current tree by selecting the corresponding tab on the top of the pane. The large pane on the left displays an ability tree with all its abilities.
